Chocolate lovers will surely be delighted with the results of the latest study,in which was concluded that the chocolate helps in burning fat.

 

The Spanish researchers analyzed the diet and the physical activity of 1,500 teenagers aged between 12 and 17 years in nine European countries,and they found that the people who eat a lot of chocolate,generally they have less body fat.

In the research 
which was published in the British "Daily Mail" also was determined that the chocolate has a positive influence on circulation,blood pressure and heart health.

 

The research at the University of Granada is another confirmation of the earlier study conducted in California,where was proven that those who eat a lot of chocolate,have a lower level of fat in the blood.

"The chocolate may have many calories,but it neutralizes the fat and does not allow the fat to " stick "to the body," the Spanish experts say.
