The middle level of the temperature is between 60 and 70 degrees with humidity of 10 to 20 percent , and the lowest is 40 to 60 degrees with a humidity of 20 to 40 percent . Steam baths have a humidity of 100 percent , while the temperature is usually set at 40 to 50 degrees .

Because of the high temperatures, the sauna and the steam bath is not recommended for those with heart disease , and the older people should consult their doctor .
