Stress Relief Tea
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon lavender
1 tablespoon mint
1 teaspoon honey
We grate the lemon peel . We mix the grated lemon peel with the mint , thyme and the lavender . We add this mixture to a pre- boiled 1/2 liter of water , and we leave them for 15 minutes . Then we use the filter and we pour the tea to the cup . We also add honey to the tea and it is ready for drinking .
Note: We can drink 2-3 cups a day .
Teas to Speed Up The Metabolism
3 pieces of lemon
4 cups of water
3 tablespoons honey
The lemon and the grapefruit peel is finely chopped . Add them to a pot with water and leave them to boil for 15 minutes . After that we filter the tea. We leave it to cool and then we add honey and we mix .
Note: We drink 1 cup after each meal .
4-5 pieces of dried prunes
1/2 cup of sage tea
1/2 cup of chamomile tea
1/4 cup lavender tea
1 tea cup of shrub leaf
Artichokes and plums are chopped and then mixed with the other materials . We add the mixture to 1 liter of boiling water and we leave them for 20 minutes . Then we filter the tea .
Note: We drink the tea 3 times a day after meals .
