One group consumed the rich meal of about 980 calories for breakfast, and the other group - during dinner.Researchers were interested whether the meal time can affect the insulin resistance and also can it increase the level of androgens at these women.

Those women who ate a rich breakfast, managed to reduce the level of insulin resistance by 7 %,while at the other group there were no changes. It also was found that testosterone levels decreased by 50 % at the group who had a rich meal in the morning.
