If you have to sit in front of a computer for a long time, it would be good to get up and walk in the room to stretch even for a minute or two.

Almost everyone who spends time in front of a computer after some time starts to feel pain in the lower back. There are several ways to avoid it. Sit upright to prevent the urge to lean forward while you type on the keyboard.

It would be ideal to keep the head upright and hold your shoulders back. The elbows and the buttocks need to be at right angles to the body.

If you sit long on the computer, it would be best to get up every half hour and take a walk through the room to stretch for at least a minute or two. Also, check the comfort of your desk and chair.

Eye strain

Your eyes do not want to see the screen even though you are interested in something you see. Dry eyes and similar inconveniences are just a consequence of viewing the monitor

However, if you spend a long time on the computer, make sure there is not too much light in the room and lower the screen brightness to eliminate the glare.

Replace CRT monitors with LCD. Blink your eyes frequently and occasionally watch somewhere else for a minute.

Pain in the arms

Using the keyboard can cause tingling and numbness in the hands, and even pain.To solve this problem, set the keyboard height and angle in a way that will suit you and make you more comfortable.
