The worst and the most unhealthy groceries are those that we eat regularly.But if you want to lose weight and stay healthy you should start to avoid them.These are the five foods you should dispose from your diet.

 

1.Processed Meat

Processed meat,such as sausages ( hot dog ),salami,are full of calories,fat and sodium.If you consume them regularly (several times a week ) the risk of obesity ,diabetes,heart disease and cancer is increased.

2.Carbonated soft drinks and sweet juices

If you want to lose weight, soft drinks are the first thing that your doctor will ask you to stop drinking.But soft drinks do not have influence only on obesity.They are associated with kidney damage,cancer and high blood pressure.

3.Low - Fat " foods

The shelves in the supermarkets are full with products that say " low fat " and we are getting more and more are fatter?Well how is that possible?These low fat foods are loaded with trans - fats that are bad for the heart and the level of cholesterol and to improve their taste they add sugar.


 
4.Mayonnaise 


We all know that the mayonnaise contains nothing healthy,but we do not know how it is actually harmful.Just one teaspoon of mayonnaise contains 90 calories and 10 grams of fat and 90 milligrams of sodium.If you can not live without it,at least eat less!

5.Margarine

Margarine gained popularity and people use it as a healthy alternative to butter.But margarine is loaded with hydrogenated oils ( trans - fats ) that are known to contribute to the development of cancer,diabetes,heart disease and other ailments.
