This drink is made with apple and cinnamon contains virtually no calories and can help you to lose weight,and most importantly,provide you a lot of energy.


What you will need:

● 2 Apples
● 2 Sticks of cinnamon
● 1 Wide neck bottle
● 1 Liter of plain water

Preparation :
● Wash the apples,cut them into thin slices and place them in the bottle.
● Put two or three cinnamon sticks in the bottle.
● Fill the ingredients with water,close the bottle and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
● Drink the water every day.


● In the water you can also squeeze a little lemon juice,tangerine or orange.

● When you drink the water in the bottle,pour more water and put it again in the refrigerator.

● You can do the same three times.

The apple is a fruit which gives a lot of energy and contains no fat and it is an excellent source of vitamin C,which boosts immunity. Other benefits are its antioxidants which that protect the heart against cardiovascular diseases and it is an excellent source of fiber which helps in the digestion of food.
