Cucumber


We use cucumber frequently as a salad or as a healthy snack. The cucumber is rich in water which helps against bloating. Bloating makes you look more fat, so you can prevent this by eating cucumber more often.

Make an omelet from egg whites. Egg whites are rich in proteins and when they are consumed they become a real diuretic which helps you against bloating, gas, burping.



Grapes
